If we receive your order Monday through Friday no later than 3:00 p.m., we will ship in-stock items the next business day (except Saturday) by either DHL or UPS.
DHL Package
For shipping within Germany and the EU, we recommend DHL for the same delivery time due to the slightly cheaper shipping costs.

Due to numerous incidents, we have temporarily suspended shipping via UPS in all countries except the United States.
Shipping to the USA
Since the U.S. ended its duty-free de minimis rule (August 29, 2025), all imports — regardless of value — are subject to customs duties and carrier clearance fees. For express carriers like UPS, these fees are largely fixed and can be significant even on small orders. These charges are set and collected by the carrier and U.S. customs, not by EOS Technologies, and are payable by the recipient on delivery. Please take this into account when placing your order.
Please note that delivery may be delayed due to external factors beyond our control. If you have selected prepayment as payment method, your order will be shipped as soon as possible, according to availability.
